These terms govern your use of Launchealo, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("Launchealo", "we"). By accessing or using the platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The service
Launchealo is a startup and product launch-discovery platform. Founders publish launches and, in addition, we index products with no owner so the feed is never empty; their owners can later register and claim the listing. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). Access is through Google sign-in. You are responsible for your account and the activity under it; keep your information accurate and do not impersonate others.
Indexed listings and claims
We may create listings from public information to populate the directory. If a listing concerns your product or startup, you can claim it: we review each request and may approve or reject it. We may correct, merge, or remove listings. By claiming, you confirm you are authorized to represent the brand.
Your content and license
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content to operate and promote the platform (for example, in the feed, the rankings, the digest, and when sharing on social networks). You represent that you hold the rights to everything you publish and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Spam or manipulate votes and rankings.
- Scrape data or otherwise abuse the platform.
- Upload malicious software.
- Harass others or impersonate identities or affiliations.
- Violate the intellectual property or privacy of third parties.
Moderation
Submitted content enters review. We may moderate, edit metadata, hide, or remove any content that violates these terms or our guidelines, and suspend or close accounts, at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The Launchealo name, brand, design, and software are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY] and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our brand beyond using the platform.
Third-party links and products
Listings and links point to third-party sites and products we do not control or endorse. You use them at your own risk.
Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the previous 12 months or, if the service was free, to a nominal sum.
Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless against claims arising from your content or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your access for violations. Clauses that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.
